The other day had made a journal post and stated that she was looking for people who would like to do a collaboration with her, letting her use their artwork as the inspiration and/or illustration for her writings. I offered to allow her free use of anything in my gallery that might be of interest to her.

I got a message from her today stating that she had found this piece in my gallery [link] and written something to go along with it. The result is fantastic! She is a truly talented writer, and if she isn't already on your watch lists, she should be!

GAH! I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly hate not having a sub at the moment. I want my thumbs and skins and all the other goodies back damn it!

I so need to get a premium membership again. I hate not being able to do features, add stamps and customize things.

I am trying to make time each day to work on new art, and to finish organizing the photos that need to be uploaded to the stock account. It's slow going at the moment though, as Rob and I are still sharing the one computer that has photoshop installed on it. I can cruise the net all day on the laptop, but unfortunately it can't handle PS, so all my photo and art work has to be done on the pc, which means that it is taking me so much longer then I had hoped to get things done.

Feeling a bit better. Finally over the flu and after two trips to the doctor (one due to the inner ear infection that had me falling flat on my face, and one for the severely absessed tooth that had my face swelled up like a chipmunk) I am finally on the mend. Still got a bit of a cough, but that is clearing up slowly. So I am actually feeling well enough to sit down and do some work in photoshop for a few hours each day, when the computer is available.

I want to apologize to everyone for all the "fave and run" behavior, but I just haven't had the time to comment on every piece the way I would like to. Also, if you faved something of mine and didn't get a thank you, please don't think that I didn't appreciate it. I did, but again, I haven't had the time, or felt well enough the last few weeks to thank everyone personally. Just know that your support does mean a great deal to me, and I will definately spend more time replying and checking out your new works as well just as soon as I have the extra time to do so.

Just a quick update. Actually found some time the last few days to get some new artwork done. Still having issues with the toothache troubles, but managing to still get a few things done around here. More updating when I have the time.
